Grants

Federal, state, and Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ specific grants are the most sought after types of aid as they do not have to be repaid.

About grants:

Ìýmust be sustained by each student in order to maintain any financial aid program.

Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Endowed Scholarships

The Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ Endowed Scholarship program is designed to help students with additional need. Many donors contribute substantially to help Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ students afford their education. We identify the overall dollar amount we expect each student will receive in such awards early on and then notify students with the specific names of those endowed scholarships later on once they are identified.

Texas Tuition Equalization Grant (TEG)

Ä¢¹½´«Ã½ awards TEG as part of its total grant and scholarship commitment to eligible students. Students must be a resident of Texas with financial need and cannot be a recipient of an athletic scholarship or be enrolled in a theological degree program. The state of Texas permits for some hardship provisionsÌýwhich can occasionally allowÌýstudents to receive aid when they might not otherwise qualify.
